What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We can ship most available animals domestically in the contiguous United States. We make every effort to get our animals to you through meeting up at a show or in and around the Philadelphia, PA area. We do not have a storefront but will work with you to get you the gecko of your dreams!

Please note that if weather is below 40 degrees F overnight or over 80 degrees F daytime at your location, geckos will be held for you at our location at no cost until shipping weather is appropriate. Please send us an email or Facebook message with your zip code for a Shipping Quote.

We can ship Monday through Wednesday for next day arrival on the day that best suits your schedule. We use ShipYourReptiles.com and follow their standards and guidelines for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

International Shipping is unavailable at this time.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

For purchases over $200 we do offer payment plans and will hold the animal(s) after receipt of a 25% non-refundable payment. You have 30 days after the receipt of the down payment to pay the remaining amount of the purchase. Keep in mind this does not guarantee immediate shipping after receipt of the full payment amount, appropriate shipping weather requirements still need to be met before you receive your order. For this reason, we will likely not accept payment plans from October to March unless the buyer is going to be picking the animal(s) up at a show or meetup.
